Ten ways to make fashion greener

We are heading for exciting times, where fashion as you know it will change exponentially. When I was studying for my MA back in 2011 I discovered a number of material developments that are named here, which were still in their infancy. Glad to see that there is real growth in looking at the impact of fashion ( and the materials used) on the planet. For sure there should be a #ToxicTax for fast fashion as they continue to pollute the earth, water table and the humans that work in the manufacturing sector.

Last “Friday, the parliamentary environmental audit committee, led by Mary Creagh, announced it would investigate the social and environmental impact of disposable “fast fashion”. The aim is to remodel the industry and make it sustainable.”
