Can you change your life by changing your brain?

I was invited to participate in John Assaraf’s Neurogym 7 hour webinar on Saturday.  There were some amazing speakers, one of them being the neuroscientist and author Mark Waldman discussing the brains neuroplasticity and how we process positive and negative thoughts. He discussed the C.R.A.P. board technique; which stands for Conflicts, Resistances, Anxieties, Procrastination and any other “problem” you think you have.
